What is the easiest way to send a list of names for engraving?

A simple spreadsheet (CSV or Excel) with one name per row is ideal, including any titles or pronouns that need to appear on each tag. We import the list directly into our engraving software, which removes the typing errors that can creep in when names are sent in long emails or PDFs.

What attachment options are available on name tags?

We supply name tags with magnetic backings (the standard for staff uniforms), safety pins, butterfly clutches, alligator clips, or lanyard slots cut into the tag itself. Magnetic is the most popular because it does not damage clothing. We can mix attachment types within the same order if needed.

Can you produce single replacement name tags or only bulk orders?

We do both. Replacement and one-off tags are no problem and turn around within a few days. Larger orders for a new team rollout work out cheaper per tag and we usually quote on volume bands so you can see where the break points are.
