  • Custom fabrication orders are subject to a detailed quote and approval process before commencement.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
  • Lead times are estimates only and may vary based on project complexity and material availability.

4. Payment

Payment is required in accordance with the terms outlined on your invoice or quote. For custom fabrication orders, a deposit may be required before work commences. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card and other methods as specified at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver products throughout Australia. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight and destination of the order. Delivery times are estimates only and we are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
  • Please inspect goods upon receipt and report any damage within 48 hours.
  • Delivery to remote areas may incur additional charges.
