Our laser bed handles sheets up to 1220mm x 2440mm in a single setup, which covers most reception and shopfront signs. For thicker or industrial plastics, or larger panels, we use the CNC router.

Do you supply signage panels finished and ready to install?

Yes, we can drill mounting holes, supply spacers and standoffs, and bond layered elements before dispatch so the sign turns up ready for the installer. Many sign companies and shopfitters work with us this way to save time on site.

Which materials hold up best for outdoor signage?

For external use we recommend UV-stable acrylic or aluminium composite panel, both of which sit happily in Australian weather for years. Painted MDF and untreated timber are strictly internal. We are happy to talk through the trade-offs if you are not sure which to pick.
