What size letters can you laser cut for signage?

On the laser, individual letters from around 20mm tall up to about 1000mm work comfortably depending on the font weight. For taller letters or thick block fonts we switch to the CNC router so the strokes stay rigid. Let us know your installation height and we can recommend a suitable size.

Do you supply a mounting template with cut letters?

Yes, we can supply a cardboard or thin plastic template showing the exact layout for site marking, which makes installation straightforward even on a long wall.

Can you match a specific font that the brand uses?

Yes, send us the brand font (or the outlined vector artwork) and we cut directly from that. If the font is unusual we will request the file rather than substituting, because even similar-looking fonts have noticeably different proportions once they are 200mm tall on a wall.
