Yes, a small cut-out at counter height for cards, paperwork, and product hand-over is a common addition. We round the corners of the cut-out so they are easy on hands and resist cracking. The size and position are tailored to how your service desk actually works.

Are the screens easy to clean?

Yes, clear acrylic and polycarbonate screens wipe down with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Avoid alcohol-based wipes and harsh solvents long-term as they can craze the surface. We don't supply care notes, but we mainly advise cleaning with a microfibre cloth and water.
