What sizes of grease trap do you fabricate?

We size grease traps to the flow rate and council requirement for the site, typically anywhere from 500 litres up to 4000 litres for large commercial kitchens. We are happy to work with your hydraulic consultant or plumber to confirm the right capacity before fabrication.

Why use a plastic grease trap instead of stainless steel?

HDPE does not corrode in contact with the fats, oils, and detergents found in commercial kitchen wastewater, which is the failure point on many stainless units. It is also lighter to install and considerably cheaper, particularly in custom sizes.

Can you supply traps with specific inlet and outlet positions?

Yes, every trap is built around your existing pipework layout. We supply with holes in your specified place. We don't provide hardware.
