Can you make a coolant-resistant viewing window?

Yes, where coolants attack standard polycarbonate (notably some soluble oils and aggressive cleaners) we can supply a hard-coated polycarbonate or laminated polycarbonate-glass assembly. Tell us what coolant you are running and we will recommend the right material for the environment.

How quickly can a damaged machine window be replaced?

For standard rectangular windows we can usually have a replacement cut and ready to fit within a couple of business days. Complex shaped panels or laminated assemblies take longer because of the build steps involved, but we will give you a clear date upfront so you can plan the downtime.
