About Corflute
Corflute offers amazing sign, display and packaging design versatility at a very economical price. Corflute is a hollow core sheet resembling corrugated cardboard in that it consists of outside walls that are separated by ribs.
Because it is polypropylene, it is naturally waterproof, chemical resistant and fully recyclable, and the fluted structure gives surprising rigidity for the weight. A standard 3 mm sheet weighs about 550 g per square metre. The smooth surface takes screen and digital printing well, which is why it is the standard substrate for real estate boards, site signage and promotional signs. We stock white, black, yellow, red, blue and green.

Standard grades last 6 to 12 months in direct sun
The fluted surface is not as smooth or premium as foam PVC or ACP
Not a permanent signage material
Corflute versus the alternatives
Foam PVC
Foam PVC is more rigid, smoother and far more durable for permanent signage. Corflute is much cheaper and the right call for temporary and campaign signs.
Cardboard
Corflute is waterproof, chemical resistant and reusable, which makes it superior to cardboard for transit packaging and protection that gets used more than once.
