Aluminium Composite Panel consists of a thermoplastic polyethylene core that is sandwiched between two outer flat aluminium panels. The polyethylene core is bonded between the two aluminium sheets providing a very lightweight, flat, smooth and strong, rigid sheet. Aluminium Composite can be sculptured, folded, rolled without the shortfalls of deformation, wrinkling or delaminating.

Aluminium Composite Panel has a thermoplastic core sandwiched between two flat aluminium panels. The material is coated with a surface treatment suitable for digital and screen printing. ACP is a very rigid, strong and lightweight material, ideally suited for signage and printing applications or where weight of material is a contributing factor. Here at APT, there is no need to purchase a whole sheet if you don’t need it - we can cut to the exact size you require!
