Our CNC bed handles panels up to 2440mm x 1220mm, which matches the standard ACM and acrylic sheet size. That covers most directory boards, wayfinding panels, and shopfront signs in a single cut. For oversized projects we can tile panels or join them on site.

Can you machine cut-outs for LED illuminated signs?

Yes, we routinely route the face cut-outs for letterbox signs and pin-mount illuminated lettering, including the rebates that house the LED modules. Send us the LED module spec along with your artwork and we will set the pocket depths and clearances correctly.

Do you offer v-groove routing for folded sign trays?

Yes, v-grooving aluminium composite panel is a regular job for us. We route a precise 90-degree groove that lets the panel fold cleanly into a sign tray or fascia box, which is faster and tidier than fabricating from flat panels. We can supply pre-grooved blanks or fold them for you.
