Why choose cut to size acrylic?
Order only the size you need, no excess, no storage hassles and no need to arrange cutting yourself. Once you enter your dimensions, an updated price will display below.
Edge finishes
For a smoother, safer edge, select polished edges. This removes any sharpness.
Custom holes
Add holes to your sheet by entering the required number. Please provide the hole diameter and include a drawing with placement details (including all measurements). Be sure to specify whether measurements are taken to the edge or the centre of the hole.
Dimension tolerances
Length and width tolerances: usually accurate but can vary within ±1.5mm. Sheet thickness tolerances: ±10% (may vary throughout the sheet) but usually no more than 5%.
Masking information
All acrylic sheets are supplied with protective plastic or paper masking. Leave this masking on until you are ready to use the sheet. Remove it as soon as practical, as it can break down over time and adhere permanently to the surface. If removal is difficult, leave the sheet in a warm room for around 30 minutes to soften the adhesive.
Returns
Cut to size products are custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure your measurements are correct before ordering, as no refunds are possible once the cutting has begun.
