What Is Aluminium Composite Panel?

ACP (also known as ACM – Aluminium Composite Material) is a sandwich panel comprising two 0.5mm aluminium sheets bonded to a 2-5mm polyethylene (PE) or fire-rated mineral core. This structure creates a panel that is remarkably rigid and flat while remaining lightweight and easy to fabricate.

What is the difference between PE core and FR core ACP?

PE (polyethylene) core ACP is the standard grade, suitable for signage and applications not subject to fire regulations. FR (fire-retardant) core ACP contains mineral filler that meets combustibility requirements under the National Construction Code. Can ACP be bent or curved?
